Unable to create tax rate in OFI
Unable to create a new tax rate in oracle financials for india. Trying to create after GST phase 3 enablement patch and getting the below error;
APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record.

Ans: Check whether the tax rate name which you have entered already exists in your instance?
 
Compiling might help only if there is no duplicate tax name. if there is already a tax rate with the same name which you are trying to create, then the error is intended

Ques: It threw an error even for different tax name.

Ans: Then it seems to be a form issue only. Compile the form and then check once
If the issue still exists log an SR
